개념도 적용 통합 시뮬레이션 교육이 간호대학생의 문제해결 능력과 비판적 사고성향에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 개념도 적용 통합 시뮬레이션 교육이 간호대학생의 문제해결능력, 비판적 사고성향에 미치는 효과를 검증하기 위함이다. B시 소재 1개 대학교 간호학과 4학년 학생 123명을 단일집단으로 하는 사전·사후 설계 연구이다. 임상사례와 핵심기본간호술기 통합하였으며, 다양한 간호영역별로 가상의 임상 실무 상황을 제시하는 통합 시뮬레이션에 개념도를 적용하는 교육 프로그램을 개발하고, 적용하였다. 자료는 2017년 9월 18일부터 11월 10일까지 구조화된 설문지를 통해 수집되었고, 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 21.0을 사용하여 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차 및 paired t-test로 분석하였다. 본 연구결과, 문제해결 능력(p<.001), 비판적 사고성향(p=.039) 모두 교육 전보다 교육 후 통계적으로 유의한 증가를 보였다. 간호대학생의 학습성과를 반영하는 주요 변수인 문제해결 능력과 비판적 사고성향 향상을 위한 교육으로 개념도 적용 통합 시뮬레이션을 적극적으로 활용해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of the integrated simulation education on the problem solving ability and the critical thinking disposition in nursing students. The subjects of the study were 123 students in the nursing department of 1 university in B city. Study design was one group pretest-posttest design. The integrated simulation included clinical cases and core nursing skills, developed scenarios that presented various clinical situations, and applied concept maps to nursing students. The data were collected from September 2017 to November in structured questionnaires, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 21.0. As a result of this study, both problem solving ability (p<.001) and critical thinking disposition (p=.039) were statistically significant increased. It is necessary to develop and apply various integrated simulations applying the concept map to improve the problem solving ability and critical thinking disposition of nursing students.
