국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 2018년부터 시행된 고교학점제 연구학교 운영 정책의 성과와 과제를 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 고교학점제 연구학교와 관련한 교육부와 전문연구기관의 계획서, 보고서 및 연구자료 등을 내용 분석하였다. 이를 통해 도출된 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 고교학점제 연구학교 운영의 성과로는 학생의 교과목 선택권의 확대, 진로지도의 내실화, 학교 구성원간의 협력과 교류, 학교 공간 개념의 확대와 유연화로 나타났으며, 과제로는 중학교 진로교육과의 연계, 교사 연구 시간의 확보와 협력 체제, 평가의 신뢰도 확보, 교육인력 다양화에 따른 제도 변화, 다양한 웹 인프라의 개발로 나타났다. 이를 위해 향후 제도 보완, 시스템 정비, 의식 개선이 요구된다. 연구학교 운영상에 나타난 성과와 문제를 분석하고 극복 방안을 마련하는 일은 향후 일반 학교에서 학점제운영 시에 나타나는 혼란과 시행착오를 줄여 고교학점제가 현장에 단계적으로 안착할 수 있게끔 하는 디딤돌 역할을 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the achievements and tasks of pilot schools for high school credit system management policy implemented in 2018. To this end, the contents of plans, reports, and research data of the Ministry of Education and specialized research institutes related to high school credit system research schools were analyzed. The results of this study derived through this are as follows. The achievements of pilot schools for high school credit system management were the expansion of students choice of subject matter, improvement of career guidance, cooperation and exchange between school members, and expansion and flexibility of the concept of school space. It was found to be the securing of teacher research time and cooperation system, securing reliability of evaluation, system change according to the diversification of educational personnel, and the development of various web infrastructure. To this end, system supplementation, system maintenance, and awareness improvement are required in the future. Analyzing the achievements and problems in the operation of the pilot schools and preparing a plan to overcome it will serve as a stepping stone for the high school credit system to be settled in the field step by step by reducing confusion and trial and error that appear when operating the credit system in general schools in the future.
