국문 초록

본 연구는 긍정심리학의 다양한 아이디어를 적용하여 자기이해, 타인이해, 의사소통 영역으로 구성된 유아교사 대인관계역량 증진 프로그램을 개발하고자 하였다. 먼저 문헌고찰과 선행연구 분석, 포커스 그룹 인터뷰, 전문가 적절성 검토 및 현장 적용성 검토의 과정을 거쳐 프로그램 최종 시안을 개발하였다. 개발된 시안을 유아교사 16명으로 구성된 실험집단에서 적용하면서 자아존중감 검사, 의사소통능력척도, 공감능력척도, 유아교사 대인관계척도, 다차원행복플로리시 척도를 사용하여 사전, 중간, 사후, 추후검사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 유아교사의 자아존중감, 의사소통능력, 공감능력, 대인관계, 행복플로리시는 측정시기와 집단의 상호작용 효과가 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 확정된 유아교사 대인관계 증진 프로그램 최종안은 크게 자기이해 중점 활동, 타인이해, 의사소통 중점 활동으로 구성하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop an interpersonal relation competency promote program of early childhood teachers. The program is composed of three parts: self-understanding, understanding for others, and communication by applying various ideas of positive psychology. First, the final draft of the program was developed through literature review, analysis of prior research, focus group interview, expert adequacy review, and field applicability review. A total of 12 sessions of activities were applied in the experimental group consisting of 16 early childhood teachers. During application of the program, pre-test, intermediate test, post test, and foollow-up test were conducted using the following scales; Self-Esteem, Communication Scale, Interpersonal Reactivity Index, Scale for Early Childhood Teachers Interpersonal Relationship, Multidimensional Measure of Flourishing. As a result, self-esteem, communication, empathy, interpersonal relationships, and florishing were found to have significant effects on the timing of measurement and group interaction. Through this process, the program was developed to improve interpersonal competence of early childhood teachers.
