코로나 19(COVID-19)로 인한 온라인 강의 대체가 간호대학생의 학습동기, 교수와 학생의 상호작용 및 온라인 수업만족도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 코로나 19로 인한 간호학 교과목의 온라인 강의 대체가 간호대학생 학습자의 학습동기, 교수와 학생의 상호작용 및 온라인 수업만족에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위한 조사연구이다. 2020년 4월부터 6월까지 J시에 소재한 5개 대학교 간호학과에 재학 중인 181명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시했다. 수집 된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, ANOVA, Pearson’s 상관분석 및 위계적 다중회귀분석을 시행하였다. 그 결과 학습동기는 72.13±11.65, 교수와 학생의 상호작용은 21.88±5.60이었고, 온라인 수업만족도는 22.62±7.27이었다. 간호대학생의 온라인 수업만족도는 학습동기(r=.78, p<.001)와 교수와 학생의 상호작용(r=.44, p<.001)과 정적인 상관관계가 있었다. 온라인 수업만족에 영향을 미치는 요인은 학습동기로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 간호대학생에게 간호학 교과목을 온라인 강의로 운영시 학습자의 학습동기를 사전에 평가하고 온라인 수업만족도 향상을 위한 교수설계 및 수업 운영이 필요하다고 본다.

영문 초록

This study is to investigate the effect of online substitution class caused by Coronavirus(COVID-19) on the learning motivation, instructor-learner interaction, and class satisfaction. From April to June in 2020, the survey was conducted on 181 nursing students from five universities in J city. The data were analysed using descriptive statistic, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson s correlation analysis and hierarchical multiple regression, using SPSS 25..0 analysis were performed. As a result, the lever of learning motivation was 72.13±11.65, the instructor-learner interaction was 21.88±5.60, and online class satisfaction was 22.62±7.27. The class satisfaction was positively correlated with learning motivation (r=.78, p<.001) and instructor-learner interaction (r=.44, p<.001). The factor influencing class satisfaction was the learning motivation. Based on the results of this study, nursing students need to pre-evaluate learners motivation for learning through online class and to design and operate instruction to improve online class satisfaction.
