예비유아교사의 반성적 저널에 반영된 교사전문성 인식 및 의미

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 예비유아교사가 인식하고 있는 교사전문성에 대해 알아보고 그 의미를 분석하여 보다 전문적인 교사양성을 위한 예비유아교사교육에 대한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에 동의한 연구참여자는 4년제 대학 유아교육과에 재학 중인 학생 15명으로 이들의 실습경험을 바탕으로 작성한 반성적 저널을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 교사전문성에 대한 인식형태와 예비유아교사들이 해석하고 있는 전문성에 대해 파악할 수 있었다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 유아교사양성기관에서 예비유아교사를 대상으로 하는 교사교육을 위한 기초자료를 제공할 수 있기를 기대 해 본다.

영문 초록

This study aims to examine the conceptions and development of professionalism of pre-service early childhood teachers by reflective journal. To do so, 15 pre-service early childhood teachers’ reflective journal analysis were used to study teachers‘ experiences of in teacher education. The results show that the conceptions of professionalism are role performance, emotional connection and happiness. Then, the understandings about development of professionalism are preparation for practical knowledge, resilience and growth as a teacher. As a conclusion, the study revealed that writing reflective journal experiences based on practicum gave the teacher s positive influence to their development of professionalism. Reflective analysis through journal gave them to make plan for improving, to find their good points, to show then a short cut to a professionalism as a teacher. In addition, pre-service teachers who have writing experiences of reflective journal have shown a lot of reflection more than expected. Therefore, this study will give implications for teacher education for pre-service early childhood teachers.
