국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 진로탐색 집단상담 프로그램이 대학생의 진로성숙도, 진로동기, 진로준비행동에 미치는 효과를 검증하는데 있다. 연구의 목적을 위해 부산광역시 소재 D대학교 학생 23명을 선정하여 12명은 실험집단, 11명은 통제집단에 배치하여 실험집단에 진로탐색 집단상담 프로그램을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로탐색 집단상담 프로그램은 진로성숙도 전체와 하위요인인 결정성에서 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 진로탐색 집단상담 프로그램은 진로동기 전체와 하위요인인 진로정체감, 진로통찰력, 진로탄력성에서 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 진로탐색 집단상담 프로그램은 진로준비행동 전체와 하위요인인 정보수집활동, 목표달성활동에서 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 대학생의 진로탐색 집단프로그램이 대학생의 진로성숙도, 진로동기, 진로준비행동 향상에 효과가 있음을 의미한다. 따라서 대학생의 진로성숙도, 진로동기, 진로준비행동을 향상시키기 위해서는 진로관련 인지적, 정의적, 행동적 특성을 포함한 다양한 진로 집단상담 프로그램의 개발 및 지원이 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the study is to examine the effect of the career exploration group counseling program on the career maturity, career motivation, and career preparation behavior of university students. For the purpose of the study, 23 students from D University in Busan were sampled and 12 were placed on experimental group and the other 11 were placed on control group. The results are as follows. First the career exploration group counseling program was effect on career maturity and sub-factor which is career decision-making. Second, the career exploration group counseling program was effect on the career motivation and sub-factors which are career identity, career awareness, and career elasticity. Third, the career exploration group counseling program was effect on the career preparation behavior and sub-factors which are information gathering activities and goal-fulfillment activities. In conclusion the career exploration group counseling program effects on increase career maturity, career motivation, and career preparation behavior of university students. Therefore, in order to promote those characteristics, it is necessary to develop the career exploration group counseling program including cognitive, affective, and behavioral aspects.
