국문 초록

본 연구는 캡스톤 디자인 수업방법에 대한 대학생들의 인식이 학습성과에 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고 수업선호가 매개역할을 수행하는지 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구의 대상은 D대학교에서 2019년 1학기에 캡스톤 디자인 수업을 수강한 대학생 176명이었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 캡스톤 디자인 학습성과와 수업방법에 대한 인식은 정적 상관관계를 보였고 수업선호와도 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며. 수업선호와 수업방법에 대한 인식 또한 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 대학생의 캡스톤 디자인 수업방법은 학습성과에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 수업선호 또한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학습성과와 수업방법의 관계에서 수업선호가 매개적인 역할을 수행하는지를 살펴본 결과 수업선호의 매개효과가 검증되었다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 대학생의 캡스톤 디자인 학습성과를 증진하기 위해서는 캡스톤 디자인 교수방법에 대한 학습자들의 인식을 제고하고 수업선호를 높이는 방안이 강구되어야 함을 보여준다.

영문 초록

This study aims to examine whether university students perception of capstone design teaching methods affects learning performance and to analyze whether class preferences play a mediating role. Subject to this study were 176 college students who took capstone design classes in the first semester of 2019 at D University. The findings are as follows. First, the university student s perception of capstone design learning performance and teaching method showed a static correlation and also showed a static correlation with class preference. The perception of class preference and teaching method also showed a static correlation. Second, the capstone design teaching method of university students was shown to have a static effect on learning performance and class preference also had a static effect. Third, the mediating effect of class preference was verified by examining whether class preference played a mediated role in the relationship between learning performance and teaching method. In conclusion, this study shows that in order to promote capstone design learning performance of university students, measures should be devised to raise learners awareness of capstone design teaching methods and enhance class preference.
