국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 국제 개발복지 비영리조직(NPO) 구성원의 역량모델을 개발하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 문헌고찰, 행동사건 인터뷰와 심층인터뷰 등을 통해서 역량모델 초안을 도출하고, 이어 포커스그룹 인터뷰를 실시하여 잠정적 역량모델을 도출하였다. 그리고 전문가패널 대상의 내용타당도(CVI와 IRA) 검증을 통하여 최종 역량모델을 확정하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국제 개발복지 비영리조직 구성원의 역량모델은 실장, 팀장, 팀원 직책으로 구분되어 각각 10개, 13개, 9개의 역량으로 구성되었다. 둘째, 국제 개발복지 비영리조직 구성원의 역량 중 가장 중요한 역량은 의사소통역량으로, 이는 전 직책 구성원 모두에게 요구되는 유일한 공통역량이다. 이러한 연구결과는 국제 개발복지 비영리조직 구성원들이 고성과를 창출하기 위해서 어떠한 역량을 갖추어야 하는지, 역량모델 개발을 위해서 검토해야 할 것은 무엇인지에 대한 구체적 자료를 제공한다는 데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop a competency model for international development welfare non-profit organization members. In this study, a draft competency model was derived through a literature review, behavioral event interviews, and in-depth interviews, followed by focus group interviews to derive a modified competency model. And the final competency model was confirmed through the content validity (CVI and IRA) verification of the panel of experts. The results of the study were as follows: First, the competency model of the international development welfare non-profit organization members consists of 10 competencies for general managers, 13 competencies for team leaders, and 9 competencies for team members. Second, the most important competency among members of international development welfare non-profit organizations is communication competency, which is the only common competency required for all members of the position. The results of this study are meaningful in that it provides concrete data on what competencies should be equipped for the members of the nonprofit organization of international development welfare to create high performance and what should be reviewed for the development of competency model.
