국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 유아교사를 양성하는 교육과정에 4차 산업혁명 시대를 대비하는 유아 교사 역량을 포함시키기 위해 유아교육기관의 원장, 원감 및 교사의 요구도를 조사하는데 있다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기도 및 인천, 대전지역의 유아교육기관에서 근무하고 있는 원장, 원감 및 유아교사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문지는 2018년 11월 2일부터 12월 3일에 걸쳐 배부 및 회수 되었으며 총 177부의 설문지를 분석하였다. 4차 산업혁명 시대 유아교사의 역량에 대한 설문지의 문항은 문헌연구를 통해 구성되었으며 요인분석을 통한 타당도 검사와 신뢰도 검증을 한 후 사용하였다. 연구결과, 현장의 요구도는 4차 산업혁명 시대 유아교사의 역량의 중요도와 필요수준그리고 현재 수준에서 감성역량, 사회적 역량의 순으로 나타났다. 지역에서는 초학문적 역량의 필요수준에서 차이가 있었다. 직급에서는 정보통신역량과 초학문적 역량의 중요도에서 차이가 있었다. 경력에서는 정보통신역량, 초학문적역량, 사회적 역량의 중요도와 필요수준에서 차이가 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the needs of the directors, assistant directors and teachers of the early childhood education to include the competence of early childhood teachers to prepare for the 4th Industrial Revolution in curriculum for training early childhood teachers. For this purpose, a survey was conducted for the directors, assistant directors and teachers who work in kindergartens and day care centers in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Incheon, and Daejeon. The questionnaire was distributed and collected from November 2 to December 3, 2018, and a total of 177 questionnaires were analyzed. The questionnaire on the competence of early childhood teachers in the 4th Industrial Revolution was constructed through literature studies and used after validity test through factor analysis and reliability verification. As a result, the directors, assistant directors and teachers in the field thought that the importance, required level and current level of early childhood teacher s competence in the 4th Industrial Revolution was in order of emotional competence, social competence. In the region, there was a difference in the required level of transdisciplinary competence. In the job postion, there were differences in the importance of information and communication competence and transdisciplinary competence.
