국문 초록

본 연구는 한 초등학교 교사의 교육심리 및 상담 전공 수학 경험의 의미를 탐색하고자 하였다. 연구자인 동시에 내러티브의 화자로서 등장하는 나의 교육심리 및 상담 석박사 과정에 대한 경험을 이야기하고, 살아가고, 다시 이야기하며, 다시 살아가는 과정 자체를 내러티브 탐구의 3차원 공간인 시간성, 공간성, 사회성의 차원에서 연구자 자신의 현장텍스트를 연구텍스트로서 다시 이야기하며 해석과 분석의 과정을 통해 의미를 형성해 나갔다. 자전적 내러티브 탐구를 통해 연구자는 자신의 삶을 과거로부터 현재까지 돌아보았고, 한 개인이자 교사로서 존재의 의미를 성찰하게 되었다. 이 과정을 통해 교육심리 및 상담 전공과정은 개인적 차원에서 자신에 대한 탐색을 통해 자신의 내면적 성장과 성숙의 기회를 주었고, 사회적 차원에서 반성적 실천가로서의 전문가인 교사의 모습에 대한 관점에 대해 생각하도록 하였으며, 실제적 차원에서 교사의 연수와 연찬에 교육심리 및 상담학의 요소 반영되도록 제도적 차원에서 고려되어야 함을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to explore the meaning of an elementary school teacher s experience in educational psychology and counseling doctoral course. As a researcher and a narrative speaker, I wrote my story in terms of time, space, and sociality, which is a three-dimensional space for narrative inquiry that speaks about, experiences, lives, and relives and experiences in doctoral course in educational psychology and counseling. By retelling my field text as a research text, I formed meaning through the process of interpretation and analysis. Through autobiographical narrative exploration, the researcher looked back on his life from the past to the present, reflecting the meaning of existence as an individual and teacher. Through this course, the Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and Counseling gave an opportunity for self-growth and maturity through exploration of oneself on a personal level. At the social level, I tried to think about the viewpoint of the teacher who is an expert as a reflective practitioner. It was discussed that it should be considered at the institutional level so that elements of educational psychology and counseling are reflected in the training program of teachers at the practical level.
