교육 실천을 통해 본 고등학교 교육학 수업의 방향과 과제 연구

국문 초록

고등학교 교육학 수업에 관한 연구는 찾아보기 어렵다. 교육학과 관련된 연구는 대부분 대학 수업에 관심을 두고 있으며, 고등학교 교육학 교과에 관한 연구는 이론적 논의에 집중되어 있기 때문이다. 따라서 선행연구 및 고등학교 교육학 관련 자료를 찾아보기 힘들었던 두 연구자는 현실적 고민과 함께 더 좋은 수업을 실천하기 위한 연구의 필요성을 느꼈다. 이러한 계획 속에서 두 연구자는 협동하여 교육학 수업을 실행연구로 접근하였다. 달빛고등학교의 정규 수업과 햇빛고등학교의 주문형 강좌는 여러 다른 상황들을 배경으로 수업이 전개되었고, 두 연구자는 서로의 경험을 주고받으며 더 나은 수업을 만들어 가고자 노력했다. 또한 2년차가 되어 운영한 수업은 연구자들에게 배움의 과정도 형성시켜 주었다. 두 학교에서 이루어진 교육학 수업을 통해 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 우선, 교육학은 수업이 주는 무게감에서 탈피하여, 현장 지식을 담아내는 실천적 접근으로의 전환이 필요하다. 그리고 모든 교과 교사가 담당할 수 있다는 특징을 십분 활용하여 융합적 사고를 담아내는 교과목이라는 점에 주목할 수 있다. 또한 교수ㆍ학습 과정 속에서 일어나는 다양한 사태들을 통해 교육 실천가의 성찰 과정으로 교육학 수업을 인식할 수 있다. 향후 교육학은 수업 실천에 있어 더욱 더 다양한 가능성을 모색할 수 있는 열린 교과가 되어야 한다.

영문 초록

It is difficult to find research related to high school education classes. Most education studies are university classroom studies. And high school education curriculum research is focused on theoretical discussion. Therefore, the two researchers, who had difficulty finding materials related to prior studies and high school education, felt the need for research to praxis better lessons with realistic concerns. Under this plan, the two researchers approached education classes as a cooperative action research. Moonlight High School s regular classes and Sunshine High School s on-demand classes were operated with different backgrounds, and the two researchers tried to make better classes by exchanging experiences with each other. In addition, by the second year, the teaching capacity of researchers has grown. The results of this study through pedagogy praxis conducted at the two schools are as follows. First of all, education classes needs to shift from theoretical knowledge to a practical approach that captures field. And since all teachers can take charge, it can be thought of as a subject that can converge. In addition, education classes can be recognized as a reflection process of an teacher through various events occurring in the teaching and learning process. In the future, education should be an open subject that can explore more and more possibilities in class praxis.
