국문 초록

본 연구는 평생교육 활성화를 위해 지역사회 네트워크 시 장애요인이 무엇인가를 탐색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 지역사회 네트워크의 우수 사례로 선정된 E구를 중심으로 이루어졌으며, 평생교육기관을 전수조사 하여 기관 간의 네트워크를 사회연결망분석을 통해 1차적으로 분석하였다. 이를 통해 네트워크 상위 10개 기관과 하위 10개의 기관을 도출하고 20개 기관 중 인터뷰에 응한 기관을 대상으로 2018년 11월부터 12월까지 심층 인터뷰를 실시하여 네트워크 시 장애요인을 탐색하였다. 본 연구에 대한 결과는 네트워크 상위기관들은 다양한 매개수단을 통한 상호작용과 관계를 통해 네트워크를 정립해 나가고 있었지만, 네트워크 하위 10개 기관의 경우 협업을 네트워크를 기반으로 하고 있는 것처럼 보이나 지역사회 내에서도 지역사회 주민이 발현하지 않는 기관에 대한 배타성으로 네트워크의 어려움을 나타내었으며, 관계의 부족을 통해 네트워크 정립이 어려움을 토로하고 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the study was to explore the facilitation and hinderness in constructing network in community. The research subject was all life-long learning related institutions in E-gu, Seoul. The first analysis stage was to occupy social network analysis in order to identify top ranked 10 institutions and low ranked 10 institutions. The second analysis stage was to pursue in-depth interview with network practitioners. As the results, The first is that the top network practitioners explained various mediating methods to facilitate interaction among life-long learning institutions. The second was that the low network practitioners said the exclusive attitude of the community members toward the institutions immigrants pursued. The third was that the lack of interaction with others had hindered in constructing the network among them. The paper suggested several significant discussions and recommendations.
