이러닝품질, 실재감 및 컴퓨터활용능력이 대학생의 학습만족도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 이러닝품질, 실재감, 컴퓨터활용능력 및 학습만족도의 정도와 차이를 비교하고, 이러닝품질, 실재감, 컴퓨터활용능력 및 학습만족도 간의 상관관계를 파악하며, 대학생의 학습만족도에 영향을 주는 요인이 무엇인지를 확인하기 위해 실시되었다. 연구는 전국 대학에 재학 중인 2학년 이상 학생 202명을 대상으로 2020년 5월 2주간 설문조사가 이루어졌다. 자료처리는 SPSS 25.0 program을 이용하여 서술통계, 독립 t-검정, 일원배치 분산분석, Pearson 상관관계 분석과 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 대학생의 학습만족도에 영향을 주는 요인을 조사한 결과 이러닝품질과 실재감이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에, 관련 정부 기관들 간의 긴밀한 협조를 통해 이러닝품질과 실재감을 증진시켜 대학생의 학습만족도를 높일 수 있는 방안을 모색해야할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the degree and difference of e-learning quality, presence, computer skill ability, and learning satisfaction, and to investigate the relationship between e-learning quality, presence, computer skill ability, and learning satisfaction. Also, this study investigated the factors affecting college students’ learning satisfaction. The study was conducted in May, 2020 for two weeks, and the participants were 202 grade 2 students attending universities nationwide. Data analysis was performed descriptive statistics, independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation and hierarchical multiple regression using SPSS 25.0 program. The results showed that the factors influencing college students’ satisfaction are e-learning quality and presence. Therefore, through close cooperation between relevant government agencies, it is necessary to find a strategy to improve e-learning quality and presence, thereby enhancing the learning satisfaction of college students.
