국문 초록

본 연구에서는 중학교 교육과정 내 학교스포츠클럽 강사의 직무 스트레스와 이직 의도의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 조절 효과를 검증하는 데 목적을 두었다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 서울특별시에 소재한 중학교에서 근무를 하고 있는 스포츠강사 250명을 표본으로 하여 2019년 12월, 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 여기서 획득한 자료는 SPSS 18.0을 이용하여 빈도 분석과 신뢰도 분석, 기술통계분석, 상관관계분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 다음과 같이 결과가 나타났다. 첫째, 직무 스트레스와 이직 의도는 보통 수준으로 나타났고, 회복탄력성은 평균보다 높은 수준인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무 스트레스와 이직 의도 간에는 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 직무 스트레스와 회복탄력성 간에는 부적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 회복탄력성과 이직 의도 간에는 부적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직무 스트레스와 이직 의도 간의 관계에서 회복탄력성은 조절 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 도출한 결과를 통해 중학교 교육과정 내 학교스포츠클럽 강사의 직업 안정성을 향상하기 위한 방안 강구에 대하여 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to identify the moderating effect of resilience in the relationship between the job stress and turnover intention in sports instructors for middle school. To this end, research was conducted in December 2019 among 250 sports instructors in Seoul who had been selected as the subjects of this study. The study used frequency analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. These analyses showed the following results. First, job stress was found to have a positive correlation with turnover intention and have a negative correlation with resilience. In addition, resilience and turnover intention were found to have negative correlations. Second, resilience has a moderating effect in the relationship between job stress and turnover intention.
