关于东北亚经济合作的思考

국문 초록

아세안출범 특히 아세안 10+3 메커니즘이 지속적이 발전에 말미아마 동북아 FTA 의 형성문제 갈수록 더 많은 주목을 받고있다. 현재 동북아시아 국가 간의 경제 관계구조의 현실적 기반 시각에서 보면, 보다 수준낮은 제도적 틀을 구축이 21 세기 동북아 경제 협력 및 발전에 더 중요한 현실성과 필요성의 있다고 주장한다. 이 논문은 현실적 기반 및 제도적 프레임 워크에 대한 간략한 분석을 통해 중,일,한 및 동아시아 FTA 설립의 타당성을 탐구하고자한다.

영문 초록

Since the inception of ASEAN, particularly the ASEAN+3 mechanism as the continuous development of the formation of Northeast Asian FTA has already attracted more and more attention. Northeast Asian economic relations between the current reality based view of the structure and build a low-level institutional framework for the 21st Century Northeast Asia economic cooperation and the development of more importance, reality and necessity. This paper from the perspective of the relationship among China, Japan and South Korea, through the Foundation and institutional framework based on a brief analysis to explore the establishment of China, Japan and South Korea and East Asia FT A of the feasibility. 自东盟建立以来, 尤其是随着东盟10+3 机制的不断发展, 东北亚自由贸易区的形成问题已经引起越来越多的关注。就目前东北亚各国之间经济关系结构的现实性基础来看, 构筑一种低层次的制度性框架对于21 世纪东北亚经济的合作与发展更具有重要性、现实性与必要性。本文拟从中日韩三国之间关系的角度, 通过基于现实基础与制度框架的简要分析来探讨建立中日韩及东亚自由贸易区的可行性问题。
