Design/Methodology/Approach - This study conducted a survey questionnaire of 320 people preparing to engage in a start-up business. Validity and reliability of the data using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 statistical packages were conducted. The collected data were used to empirically analyze the relationship between start-up education, government support, entrepreneurship and start-up intention and performance.
Findings - After verifying the research hypothesis based on the research model, it was found that start-up education, government support and entrepreneurship have a significant positive influence on business start-up intention. Especially, verifying the research hypothesis shows that start-up education, government support, and entrepreneurship have a positive impact on start-up performance through parameters of start-up intention.
Research Implications - Based on the results of the study we proposed a theoretical basis for effectively managing the policies related to business start-up. This will contribute to mitigate youth unemployment and labor market friction.
