중국 진출 우리나라 화주기업 물류애로 분석

국문 초록

중국은 투자금액 기준으로 미국에 이은 2위의 우리나라 직접투자 대상국이며, 특히 우리나라 최대의 해외 제조업 투자국이다. 제조업의 원활한 운영에 있어서 물류는 중요한 역할을 하며, 물류애로의 해소는 우리나라의 국가 경쟁력 강화 측면에서도 의미가 있다. 본 연구에서는 제조업을 포함하여 중국에 진출한 우리나라 화주기업들의 물류애로를 조사하여 물류기업의 자체 경쟁력 제고 및 정부 차원의 지원방안을 모색하는 데 그 목적을 두었다. 본 연구에서는 중국을 7개 권역으로 구분하여 총 303개 화주기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시했다. 중국 전체를 기준으로 하여, 현지에 진출한 우리나라 기업들의 주된 물류관리 방식은 제3자 물류기업을 통한 아웃소싱이었으며, 아웃소싱 기업의 국적은 중국 로컬 물류기업의 비중이 가장 높았다. 화주기업들의 물류애로로는 ‘높은 물류비용 및 물류비용의 지속적인 상승’이 가장 많이 선택되었으며, 화주기업들의 물류애로 개선을 위해 물류기업이 중점추진해야 할 과제로는 ‘국제운송 서비스 역량 강화’ 등이 꼽혔다. 현지 화주기업들은 정부의 지원 정책으로 현지 공동물류 센터 설립 지원을 1순위로 선택했다. 중국에 진출한 우리나라 화주기업들의 물류애로 및 서비스 만족도를 제고하기 위해 우리나라 물류기업의 자체적인 경쟁력 강화 및 정부 차원의 지원정책이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

영문 초록

Purpose : This study aims to analyze logistics barriers of Korean shipper in China. From identifying logistics barries, the results aim to provide useful insights to Korean shippers for political supports and future competitiveness improvement. Research design, data, methodology : With classifying the mainland China into the seven area, a total 303 questionnaires collected from Korean shippers. This study conducted on an expert survey to identify the factors of logistics barriers with analytic hierarchy process. Results : The results of this study show that the factors including customs clearance and logistics and transport network connectivity are the highest priority. Cooperative logistics center of Korean shippers in local market identified as a political support required. Conclusions : The study analyzes factors associated with logistics barriers of Korean shippers in China and prioritize the factors of logistics barriers. This study can help political and practical decision making and provide useful insights for future improvement in logistics service and business environment.
