대학생의 인성과 성인지감수성이 창의성에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 부산의 4년제 대학교에 재학 중인 대학생 201명을 대상으로 인성과 성인지감수성이 창의성에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 총 201부의 설문지를 SPSS 23.0을 활용하여 분석하였으며, 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 인성과 창의성, 성인지감수성과 창의성 간 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생의 인성과 성인지감수성이 창의성에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 인성과 성인지 감수성이 창의성 전체변량의 28%를 설명하는 유의미한 예측변인으로 나타났다. 성인지감수성은 창의성을 가장 높게 예측하는 정적변인으로 나타났으며, 다음으로 인성이 창의성에 대해 유의미한 정적 예측변인 인 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 대학생의 인성과 성인지감수성의 하위변인이 창의성에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 배려가 창의성을 가장 높게 예측하는 정적변인으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of personality and gender sensitivity on creativity targeting 201 undergraduates who are attending 4-year university in Busan. Totally 201 copies of the questionnaires were analyzed by using SPSS 23.0. Summarizing the findings, they are as follows. First, it was indicated that there is a significant correlation between university students personality and creativity and between gender sensitivity and creativity. Second, as a result of having analyzed the influence of personality and gender sensitivity in undergraduates upon creativity, the personality and gender sensitivity appeared to be a significant predicting variable of explaining 28% of the whole variate of creativity. The gender sensitivity was shown to be a positive variable of predicting creativity most highly. Sequentially, the personality was indicated to be a significant positive predicting variable as for creativity. And then, in consequence of having analyzed the effect of sub-variable in personality and gender sensitivity of undergraduates on creativity, the consideration appeared to be a positive variable of predicting creativity most highly.
