하브루타 학습을 적용한 간호윤리교육이 간호대학생의 도덕적 민감성, 도덕적 판단력 및 창의적 인성에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 하브루타 학습을 적용한 간호윤리교육이 간호대학생의 도덕적 민감성, 도덕적 판단력 및 창의적 인성에 미치는 효과를 규명하기 위하여 실시하였다. 연구대상자는 G시 소재 일 대학의 임상실습 전 간호학과 2학년 95명을 대상으로 하였고, 간호윤리교과목에 질문중심 하브루타 학습 3회, 논쟁중심 하브루타 학습 2회를 적용하였다. 본 연구설계는 단일군 사전사후 원시실험연구로 자료 분석은 SPSS WIN 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 대상자의 일반적 특성은 기술통계로 종속변수의 사전-사후 평균값의 차이 비교는 paired t-test로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 하브루타 학습 사전, 사후로 도덕적 판단력과 창의적 인성은 통계적으로 유의하게 증가하였다. 그리고 도덕적 민감성의 하위영역 중 갈등, 도덕적 의미, 전문적 책임에도 통계적으로 유의하게 증가하였다. 따라서 질문, 대화 및 토론을 강조하는 질문중심, 논쟁중심 하브루타 학습이 간호윤리교육의 학습효과를 높일 수 있는 효과적인 교수학습방법이 될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This study is to verify the effect of Havruta learning method in Nursing ethics for nursing students on moral sensitivity, moral reasoning and creative personality. The subjects of this study were 95 second grade students in the nursing department of the university in G city. This study design is a primitive experimental research of a single group pre-post test. The data were analyzed by paired t-test to compare the differences in the pre-post mean values of the dependent variables. As a results, there were significant differences in moral reasoning and creative personality between pre and post test of Havruta learning method. And, among the sub components of moral sensitivity, there were significant differences in conflict, moral meaning and professional responsibility. Based on this study, it is meaningful that the effect of Havruta learning method was confirmed in nursing ethics education, continuous application of Havruta learning method would improve moral sensitivity, moral reasoning and creative personality.
