의사결정계층분석(AHP)을 활용한 국어과 의사소통 역량 요소의 상대적 중요도 및 우선순위 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 국어과 의사소통 역량 요소의 상대적 중요도 및 우선순위를 파악하고자 하는 데 목적이 있다. 역량 중심 교육과정을 지향하는 2015 개정 교육과정이 학교 현장에 안착한 지금 각 교과의 특수성을 드러내는 교과 역량 관련 연구의 체계화가 더욱 요구되고 있다. 이에 선행연구 고찰 및 전문가의 의견과 검토를 통해 국어과 의사소통 역량의 4가지 상위 요소와 12가지 하위 요소를 도출하였다. 그리고 33명의 국어교육 관련 전문가가 참여한 의사결정계층분석(AHP)을 통해 이 요소들에 대한 상대적 중요도 및 우선순위를 분석하였다. 국어과 의사소통 역량의 12가지 하위 요소 간의 상대적 중요도 분석 결과 가장 높은 가중치를 얻은 3가지 요소는 ‘맥락이해 능력’, ‘의미구성 능력’, ‘성찰 능력’으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 학교 현장에서 국어과 의사소통 역량을 함양하기 위한 수업을 설계하고 실행하는데 밑거름으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This study aims to identify a relative weight and priority of the factors of Korean language education communication competencies. After the 2015 revised curriculum aimed at ability-oriented learning was implemented in schools in South Korea, more systematic research on academic competencies had to be completed to reveal unique characteristics of each subject. Thus, this study derived 4 upper factors and 12 sub-factors of Korean language education communication competencies based on previous research, expert opinions and reviews. A relative weight and priority of these factors were analyzed by means of the Analytic Hierarchy Process analysis involving 33 experts on Korean language education. The analysis of the relative weight of the 12 sub-factors of Korean language education communication competencies showed that the ‘context understanding ability’, ‘ability to organize meaning’ and ‘reflective ability’ were most important. These results could be used as a basis for designing and delivering classes to foster communication competencies in Korean language education in schools in South Korea.
