유아교사의 회복탄력성이 직무소진과 직무성과에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 회복탄력성이 유아교사의 직무소진과 직무성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는 것이었다. 본 연구의 대상은 부산광역시와 경남에 소재하고 있는 유아교사 263명이었다. 수집된 자료는 적률상관계수와 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 유아교사의 회복탄력성과 직무소진 간에는 유의미한 부적상관이 나타났고, 회복탄력성과 직무성과 간에는 유의미한 정적상관이 나타났다. 또한 직무성과와 직무소진 간에도 부적상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 회복탄력성이 직무소진과 직무성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 유아교사의 회복탄력성은 직무소진의 감소와 직무성과에 정적인 영향력을 발휘하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 이러한 결과는 유아교사의 직무소진 감소, 직무성과 향상에 회복탄력성이 중요한 역할을 한다는 것을 보여준다. 본 연구는 유아교사의 부정적인 측면인 직무소진과 긍정적인 측면인 직무성과를 동시에 고려하여 살펴보았다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine how early childhood teachers’ resilience influences job burnout and job performance. Specific research questions were as follows. First, what’s the relationship among early childhood teachers’ resilience, job burnout and job performance. Second, how does early childhood teachers’ resilience affect job burnout and job performance? Two-hundred sixty three early childhood teachers who work in Busan and Gyeongnam province participated in this study. Collected data were analyzed using product-moment correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. Major results of this study were as follows. First, early childhood teachers’ resilience were significantly negatively associated with job burnout and positively associated with job performance. And there were significant negative relations between job performance and job burnout. Second, early childhood teachers’ resilience significantly positively influence on the decrease of job burnout and the increase of job performance. From these results, it can be concluded that early childhood teachers’ resilience play an important role in the increase of job performance and the decrease of job burnout. This study is meaningful in terms of investigating both negative aspect and positive aspect of early childhood teacher simultaneously.
