A Study on the Relationship between Psychological Resilience and Social Support of Chinese College Students

국문 초록

스트레스 상황에서 만약, 대학생들이 더 좋은 사회적 지지를 받으면 더 높은 수준의 심리적 탄력성을 가질 수 있고, 그들의 어려움을 더 잘 해결할 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 대학생들의 심리적 탄력성과 사회적 지지의 현황 사이의 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 477명 대학생들이 인터넷 조사를 참여하였고, 조사 데이터에 대한 설명적 분석, 차이 검증 분석, 상관관계 분석 및 회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면. 첫째, 대학생들의 심리적 탄력성 수준은 낮은 편이다. 성별, 전공, 학년에 따라 현저한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생들이 많은 사회적 지지를 받고 있다. 성별, 전공, 출신지, 외동자녀 여부에 따라 현저한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 대학생들의 사회적 지지와 심리적 탄력성은 현저한 부적 상관관계를 나타났다. 넷째, 회귀 분석에서 주관적 지지와 지지 활용도는 대학생의 심리적 탄력성에 부정적 예측효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과에 따르면, 대학생들의 심리적 탄력성의 수준을 향상시키고, 대학생들의 사회적 지지의 네트워크를 넓히는 데 상응하는 교육 방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Under stressful situations, if college students get better social support and a higher level of psychological flexibility, they can better solve difficulties. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship of psychological resilience and social support of college students. This study used 477 college students in China as the research object, conducted a network questionnaire survey, and conducted descriptive analysis, differential test analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The results show that: First, the overall level of college students psychological resilience is low. In gender, major, place of origin), grade, there are significant differences in terms. Second, the overall social support of college students is higher. In gender, major, whether only children, grade, there are significant differences in terms. Third, there is a significant positive correlation between social support and psychological resilience of college students. Fourth, regression analysis shows that social support have a predictive effect on college students psychological resilience. According to the research results, the corresponding educational suggestions are put forward.
