국문 초록

이 연구는 앙트러프러너십의 역량을 향상 시킬 수 있는 구체적인 실천 교육 프로그램인 앙트러프러너십 역량 개발 학습 프로세스를 바탕으로 실제 진행된 수업 사례를 제시하고 그 교육적 효과를 확인하는데 목표가 있다. 앙트러프러너십 역량은 사회 모든 영역에서 창조와 혁신이 발휘될 수 있도록 하는 역량으로, 앙트러프러너십 교육은 모든 영역에서 적용이 가능한 체계적인 원리와 프로세스가 지원되어야 한다. 이에 본 연구는 모든 영역에서 적용이 가능한 앙트러프러너십 역량 개발 핵심 프로세스를 바탕으로 앙트러프러너십 역량 개발 교육을 대학 수업에 맞게 재구성하여 진행한 수업 사례를 제시하였다. 이를 위해 2018-1학기를 기반으로 2018-2학기에 진행된 15주 간의 수업 사례를 연구하였다. 결과적으로 이 수업을 통해 학습자들의 앙트러프러너십의 실제 역량이 향상되었고, 앙트러프러너십 역량 개발의 ‘학습 프로세스’가 효과적이고 필요하다는 것이 확인되었다. 또한 앙트러프러너십 역량 개발 교육은 학습자들의 자신감 및 흥미가 향상되는데 기여하였고, 대학에서의 액션러닝 기반 수업에 대한 필요성을 재확인하였다. 더불어 본 교육을 통해 미래 교육에서 요구되는 의사소통능력, 협업능력이 효과적으로 증진됨이 확인되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to present actual case of entrepreneurship education class and to confirm its effectiveness based on process of entrepreneurship competency development for enhancing entrepreneurship competency. Entrepreneurship competency is the ability to bring creativity and innovation provide in all areas of society, and the entrepreneurship education should support systematic principles and processes applicable in all areas. To achieve this study goal, a 15-week course case was studied over two semesters. The brief result of research is as follows. First, 4.43 out of 5 was found to have high satisfaction level in entrepreneurship education. Satisfaction with learner-oriented and activity-oriented classes was especially high. Second, the competency development effectiveness of the entrepreneurship ‘process’ was identified. Third, learners felt that entrepreneurship skills had improved. Fourth, learners communication and collaboration skills through team activities have been improved. Fifth, learners confidence and interest in entrepreneurship and creativity were improved.
