특목고 학생의 부모양육태도, 자기결정성 동기, 셀프리더십이 학습몰입에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 특목고생의 부모양육태도, 자기결정성 동기, 셀프리더십이 학습몰입에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구의 연구대상은 I시 소재 특수 목적 고등학교에 재학 중인 237명의 고등학생들이며 부모양육태도 검사, 자기결정성 학습동기 검사, 셀프리더십 측정 검사, 학습몰입 검사를 사용하였다. 수집한 데이터는 상관분석을 통하여 변인 간의 관계를 규명하고, 다중회귀분석과 위계적 회귀분석을 활용하여 부모양육태도, 자기결정성 동기, 셀프리더십이 학습몰입에 미치는 영향을 도출하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모양육태도의 하위요인 중 긍정적 부모양육태도는 학습몰입과 정적인 상관을, 부정적 양육태도는 학습몰입과 부적인 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 자기결정성 동기의 하위요인 중 자율동기복합체는 학습몰입과 정적인 상관을, 타율동기복합체는 학습몰입과 부적인 상관을 나타내었다. 셋째, 셀프리더십은 학습몰입과 정적인 상관을 보였다. 넷째, 자기결정성 동기와 셀프리더십은 학습몰입에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 이로써 본 연구는 특목고생의 학습몰입에 대한 이해를 통해 학생들의 학습상황에 효과적인 개입을 제공하여 바람직한 학습 환경 조성에 도움을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of parenting-attitude, self-determination and self-leadership on the learning flow of special high school students. Participants are 237 of Korean special highschool. The result were as follows. First, Based on the correlation between parenting-attitude and learning immersion, Positive parenting-attitudes and learning flow have shown significant static correlations, Negative parenting attitudes and learning flow were indicative of a significant amulet correlation. Second. the correlation between self-determination motive and learning flow, autonomous motivation composite and learning flow indicated a significant static correlation, while controlled motivation composite and learning immersion represented a significant misalignment correlation. Third, the correlation between self-leadership and learning flow, Self-leadership and learning flow represented a static correlation. The highest correlation between behavioral strategy in self-leadership and harmony of conduct and consciousness in learning flow. Finally, the effect of parenting-attitude, self-determination motive and self-leadership on learning flow, self-determination motive and self-leadership have a significant effect on learning flow, but parenting behavior has no significant effect. This can be said to be the result of the impact on learning immersion that the individual internal component is more important than the individual external component.
