A Study on the Relationship between College Students Personality Trait and Career Decision-making Self-efficacy in China

국문 초록

인격의 특징은 개체가 안정적이고 그 인격 특징을 반영하는 행위의 경향이다. 진로결정의 자기효능감은 결정자가 직업결정 과정에 여러 임무를 완성하는데 요구되는 능력을 구비하였는가에 대한 평가이다. 개체는 인격의 특징을 갖고 있으며, 그 진로결정 자기효능감 수준은 서로 다르다. 본 논문의 연구목적은 중국 대학생의 인격특징과 진로결정 자기효능감의 관계를 분석하고, 진로결정 자기효능감의 영향요소를 찾아내어 진로결정 자기효능감을 제고하는 대책을 제기하려는데 있다. 본 논문은 중국의 3개 대학교 4학년 학생 300명을 대상으로 다섯 가지 인격의 특징에 대한 설문과 진로결정의 자기효능감에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이를 SPSS 20.0 소프트웨어를 사용하여 대학생의 인격 특징, 진로결정 자기효능감 분석을 실시하였다. 이에 따른 연구결과는 다음과 같다. (1) 인격특징과 진로결정 자기효능감에 대하여 인구학적 변수로 살펴보면 성별, 전공, 학생간부, 취업도시 의향 등에서 뚜렷한 차이가 존재하였다. (2) 인격특징과 진로결정 자기효능감과의 관계는 긍정적 상관관계로 나타났다. (3) 신경증, 신중성, 친화성, 외향성이 진로결정 자기효능감에 대해 뚜렷한 예측작용을 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the relationship between college students personality traits and career decision-making self-efficacy, find out the influencing factors of career decision-making self-efficacy, and then propose countermeasures to improve career decision-making self-efficacy. This paper adopts the big five personality trait questionnaire and career decision-making self-efficacy questionnaire to survey 300 college students who are about to graduate from three universities in China. SPSS 20.0 statistical analysis software is used for data analysis. The results show: (1) Personality traits and career decision-making self-efficacy are significantly different in some demographic variables such as gender, major, student cadre, and employment city intention. (2) Personality traits were significantly positively correlated with career decision-making self-efficacy. (3) Neuroticism, Conscientiousness, openness and extroversion have significant predictive effects on career decision-making self-efficacy.
