공학계 여대생의 진로자본 기반 진로자기관리 개념적 모형 개발

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 진로자본을 활용하여 공학계 여대생의 진로자기관리의 개념적 모형을 개발하는데 있다. 모형 개발을 위하여 2019년 3월부터 5월까지, 공학계 여대생, 진로자본, 진로자기관리에 관한 국내외 문헌들 및 사례들을 분석하였다. 이후 2019년 6월부터 7월까지, 공학계 여대생과 공학계열 및 진로분야 전문가 총 5인을 대상으로 요구조사를 실시하였다. 문헌, 사례, 요구분석을 통해 모형의 핵심요소와 설계전략, 핵심활동 프로세스, 지원요소를 추출하였고, 이러한 설계요소를 바탕으로 공학계 여대생의 진로자본 기반 진로자기관리 개념적 모형의 초안을 구안하였다. 2019년 8월부터 9월까지, 구안된 모형 초안에 관해 1차 전문가 평가를 실시하였으며, 평가 내용을 반영하여 수정 보완한 후 2차 전문가 평가를 통하여 모형의 최종안을 개발하였다. 본 연구 결과는 공학계 여대생의 진로자본 축적뿐만 아니라 진로자기관리 역량을 증진시킬 수 있다는 점에서 학문적, 실용적 가치가 있을 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

The objective of this study is to develop a career capital-based career self-management conceptual model for women in engineering college students of Korea, and then to verify the validity of it. In order to achieve the objective of this study, first, this study conducted a literary research and case study focusing on women in engineering college student, career capital, and career self-management. And a needs assessment was performed for women in engineering college students, professors of engineering, experts in career education, and experts in career counseling. By drawing the core elements and design elements of the career self-management conceptual model based on such contents, a draft of the conceptual model was set up. Second, after going through the validation process using the experts’ formative evaluation on the draft of model, the finished draft was completed by modifying and complementing the model. Third, in order to verify the validity of the model, the model was modified and complemented by conducting the second experts’ evaluation by survey, and then the finished draft was improved. The model developed by this study has an important meaning in the aspect of enhancing the engineering competencies of women in engineering college students by using the career capital and also improving the career management ability.
