간호사의 진성리더십, 간호대학생의 감성지능이 간호대학생의 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생이 지각하는 간호사의 진성리더십, 간호대학생의 감성지능이 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료수집은 2019년 9월 1일부터 2019년 12월 30일까지 D시와 C도의 3개의 간호대학 재학생 218명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, pearson correlation coefficient와 위계적 다중회귀 분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 회복탄력성은 진성리더십(r=.34, p<.001), 감성지능(r=.64, p<.001)과 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 회귀분석 결과 간호대학생의 회복탄력성에 전공만족도, 대인관계, 감성지능이 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며 회복탄력성에 대한 총 설명력은 48.2%이었다(F=24.43, p<.001). 따라서 간호대학생의 회복탄력성을 증진시키기 위해서는 회복탄력성에 영향을 주는 변인들을 포함한 반복연구가 요구되며, 학과교육에 감성지능을 함양시킬 수 있는 프로그램을 포함시켜 간호대학 재학시기부터 체계적인 교육을 제공할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

This study is a descriptive research to identify the effects of nurses’ authentic leadership and emotional intelligence on nursing college students resilience. The data was collected from 218 students from three nursing colleges in D and C. Collected data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, pearson correlation coefficient and hierarchical regression analysis using SPSS WIN 21.0 program. The results showed that major satisfaction, interpersonal relationship, and emotional intelligence influenced the resilience of the subjects. The total explanation for resilience was 48.2% (F = 24.43, p <.001). Therefore, it is required to conduct repetitive studies including variables that affect to the resilience of nursing students. In addition, the educational programmes should be included nursing students’ emotional intelligence to enhance their resilience.
