간호대학생의 협동 학습과 학습만족도 관계에서 사회적 지지의 매개 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 협동 학습수준과 학습만족도와의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 매개 효과를 보고자 하였다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위하여 196명의 표본을 사용하였으며, 수집된 자료는 Baron과 Kenny가 제안한 매개 효과 분석 방법에 따라 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 이용하여 회귀 분석을 시행하였다. 연구결과 협동 학습과 학습만족도는 유의미한 결과를 나타냈으며, 협동 학습과 학습만족도와의 관계에서 사회적 지지는 부분 매개 효과를 가졌다. 또한, 각 하위 요인별로 분석한 결과 교수지지와 부모 지지는 부분 매개 효과를 나타냈다. 남학생이 여학생보다 사회적 지지가 높은 것으로 나타났고, 1학년에 비해 2학년이 사회적 지지가 높았다. 또한, 30대 이상의 학습자가 20대보다 교수의 지지가 높게 나왔다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 협동 학습의 효과성을 높이기 위하여 사회적 지지의 주체가 교수학습장면에서 어떤 역할을 해야 하는지, 동료와 교수자의 촉진 방법을 어떻게 사용할 것인지 실무적인 시사점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study purposed to see the mediating effect of social support in the relationship between cooperative learning and learning satisfaction of nursing students. A sample of 196 people was used to conduct this study, and a regression analysis and a mediated effect analysis proposed by Baron and Kenny were used. The results of the study showed significant results in cooperative learning and learning satisfaction, and social support had a partial medium effect in the relationship between cooperative learning and learning satisfaction. In addition, as a result of analysis for each sub-factor, the support of professors and the support of parents showed a partial mediating effect. Male students were found to have higher social support than female students, while second graders had higher social support than first graders. Also, learners in their 30s and older received higher support from teachers than those in their 20s. Based on these results, practical implications were presented on what role the main body of social support should play in the field of teaching and how to use the method of promoting colleagues and professors to enhance the effectiveness of cooperative learning.
