간호대학생 감염관리 교육 프로그램에 대한 체계적 문헌고찰

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 시행된 감염관리 교육 프로그램의 특성과 효과를 분석하기 위한 체계적 문헌고찰 연구이다. 문헌 검색은 국내 5개의 데이터베이스(RISS, KISS, DBpia, NDSL, KMbase)를 통해 이루어졌고 2000년 이후부터 2020년 1월까지 발표된 문헌을 대상으로 하였다. 주요 검색어는 ‘간호학생’, ‘감염’, ‘교육’, ‘프로그램’, ‘중재’, ‘효과’를 조합하여 검색하였다. 총 228편의 논문이 검색되었고 선정기준에 맞는 9개의 논문을 최종 분석 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구 결과, 최근 보건의료계 문제에 따른 의료인의 감염관리 역량 요구에 비해 간호대학생을 대상으로 한 감염관리 프로그램의 연구 수는 미흡한 편이었고 대부분 3학년 학생 위주로 교육이 집중되어 있었다. 감염관리 교육은 주요 결과변수인 대상자의 감염관리 지식, 태도, 수행에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 간호대학생의 감염관리 역량이 향상되도록 교육과정에서 단계적으로 감염관리 교육을 시행할 필요가 있으며 레벨D 보호구 착용을 포함한 신종감염병 관리에 대한 교육이 확대되어야 한다. 또한 다양한 교수법을 적용하고 감염관리 수행을 객관적으로 측정한 중재연구의 활성화가 요구된다.

영문 초록

This study is a systematic review of literature to analyze the characteristics and effects of infection management education programs conducted for nursing students. The literature search was conducted through five domestic databases (RISS, KISS, DBpia, NDSL, and KMbase) and targeted documents published from 2000 to January 2020. The main search terms were ‘nursing student’, ‘infection’, ‘education’, ‘program’, ‘intervention’, and ‘effect’. A total of 228 papers were searched, and nine papers meeting the selection criteria were selected for final analysis. As a result of this study, the number of studies on infection management education programs targeting nursing students was insufficient compared to the recent demands of healthcare workers for infection control and education was mostly focused on third grade students. The infection management education was found to have a positive effect on the subject s knowledge, attitude, and performance of infection management, the main outcome variable. In the future, it is necessary to provide step-by-step infection management training in the curriculum so that nursing students infection control capabilities can be improved. In addition, it is required to activate an intervention study that applies various teaching methods and objectively measures infection management performance.
