국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 직무환경 위험요인, 사회적 지지를 소진의 선행요인으로 설정하고 보육교사의 소진에 미치는 영향을 탐색하여, 직무환경 위험요인의 부정적인 영향력을 사회적 지지가 완충 또는 상쇄시킬 수 있는지에 대해 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 연구 대상자는 부산지역의 보육교사 148명이며, 연구 도구는 직무환경 위험 척도, 사회적 지지 척도, 소진 척도이다. 자료처리는 상관분석, 위계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 직무환경 위험요인들 중에서는 도전기회 부족, 역할갈등이 보육교사의 소진을 설명하는 변인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적 지지 중에서는 가족의 지지, 학교행정가의 지지가 보육교사의 소진을 설명하는 변인으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직무환경 위험요인과 소진간의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 부분적 매개효과를 확인했다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to establish work environment risk factors and social support as the leading factors of burnout to explore the impact on child care teachers burnout, and to verify the effectiveness of the negative influence of job environment risk factors on whether social support can buffer or offset them. Data were collected from 148 teachers working at childcare centers in Busan, South Korea and were analyzed using correlations and hierarchical multiple regression. Results shown that the major determinants of burnout among childcare teachers were found to be a lack of employees’ accomplishment and role conflicts, regarding work environment. Moreover, in terms of social support factors, family supports and childcare administrator supports were identified as the major variables that explained teachers’ burnout. Finally, the findings demonstrated a partial mediation effect of social support on the association between the risk factors of the work environment and childcare teachers’ burnout symptoms.
