국문 초록

본 연구는 예비보육교사가 구성한 좋은 교사의 의미는 어떠한지, 좋은 교사가 되는데 걸림돌이 되는 교사에 대한 부정적인 이미지는 무엇인지 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 예비보육교사들의 의해 작성되어진 반성적 저널을 분석하였다. 예비보육교사가 구성한 좋은 교사는 건강한 교사, 따뜻한 교사, 자신의 존재가치를 잊지 않는 교사, 존중하는 교사, 성장하기 위해 노력하는 교사이다. 이는 사랑을 바탕으로 한 마음씀, 자기이해와 자기배려, 지속적인 성장의 의미를 품는 것이다. 이러한 좋은 교사가 되기 위해서는 끊임없이 요구되는 인내심, 만능보육교사가 되어야 한다는 부담감, 잠재적 범죄자로 보는 시선, 극성스러운 부모에 대한 어려움과 부정적인 이미지를 해결해야 하는 것으로 드러났다. 본 연구결과는 향후 교사의 역할을 수행하게 될 예비보육교사의 관점을 이해하는데 도움이 될 것이며, 교사양성교육을 구성하는데 기초자료로서 활용되어 질 수 있을 것이라 여겨진다.

영문 초록

The current study discussed the meaning of good teacher defined by pre-service teachers and the difficulties that must resolve in order to be good teachers. For this purpose, the reflective journals prepared by pre-service teachers were used for the analysis. The good teacher defined by pre-service teachers should be healthy, warm, and respectful teachers who make efforts to grow and never forget the value of their existence. They should be self-understanding and self-considerate based on love and grow sustainably. It was found that they must resolve the difficulties and negative images related to ceaselessly demanded perseverance, all-mighty teachers with no inability, image of potential criminals, and overeager parents. These findings will be helpful for understanding the perspectives of pre-service teachers who will serve as teachers in the future and used as fundamental resources for pre-service training.
