국문 초록

본 연구는 유아교사의 다차원적 완벽주의 성향 및 직무스트레스와 유아교육기관 프로그램의 질과의 관계에서 심리적 소진의 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 D시와 K시에 소재한 유아 교육기관에 재직 중인 유아교사 197명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 유아교사의 다차원적 완벽주의, 직무스트레스, 심리적 소진, 프로그램의 질에 대한 구조적 관계와 심리적 소진을 변인으로 매개효과를 살펴본 결과, 유아교사의 완벽주의 성향과 직무스트레스 모두 심리적 소진을 매개로 프로그램의 질에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 유아교사의 다차원적 완벽주의는 직무스트레스에 유의한 직접적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 직무스트레스는 심리적 소진에 유의한 직접적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 유아교사의 심리적 소진은 직무스트레스에 의해 영향을 받으며, 이러한 영향은 프로그램의 질에도 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 유아교사의 다차원적 완벽주의 성향과 심리적 소진과 같은 심리적 변인을 통해 프로그램 질적인 향상을 높이기 위해서는 유아교사의 심리적 변인을 다양한 경로로 확인하고 관계성을 연구했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effects of psychological exhaustion on a relationship between multidimensional perfectionist inclination and job stress of early childhood teachers and quality of program of preschool educational institutions. As a result of investigating a structural relationship between multidimensional perfectionism, psychological exhaustion, and quality of program using psychological exhaustion as a variable, it was identified that both perfectionist inclination and job stress of early childhood teachers make effect on the quality of program through psychological exhaustion. It was identified that multidimensional perfectionism of early childhood teachers makes a significantly direct effect on job stress and job stress makes a significantly direct effect on psychological exhaustion. Specially, it was identified that psychological exhaustion of early childhood teachers get affected by job stress and these effects have also been shown to affect the quality of program. The significance of this study is that it has identified psychological variables of early childhood teachers and their relationship through various channels to improve quality of program through psychological variables as multidimensional perfectionist inclination and psychological exhaustion of early childhood teachers.
