국문 초록

본 연구는 공교육 정상화법 시행 이후 새로운 국면을 맞은 대학별고사 과학과 논술 문항에 대한 교육과정 측면의 분석을 통하여 그 특징을 살펴보고, 평가 도구로서의 논술 문항 및 교육과정 개선에의 시사점을 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 논술 문항을 해결하기 위해 요구되는 과학과 성취기준을 코딩하고 적용된 성취기준의 수와 내용 영역의 관점에서 빈도 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 대학별고사의 과학과 문항은 대체로 복수의 성취기준을 적용하여 해결하도록 구성되어 있으며, 빈번하게 출제되는 내용 영역과 출제가 거의 이루어지지 않는 내용 영역이 있음을 확인하였다. 이와 관련하여 시행 목적에 부합하고 다양한 영역이 고르게 출제될 수 있도록 하는 과학과 논술 문항의 개발 및 관련 연구의 필요성과 과목별 성취기준의 개수와 같은 양적 측면뿐만 아니라 질적 측면에서 하나의 성취기준에서 실제적인 수준과 범위가 과목 간 고르게 분포될 수 있도록 하는 교육과정 개발 가이드라인 마련의 필요성 등을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the characteristics of the curriculum aspects of the science essay questions for college entrance exams after the implementation of the so-called normalization of public education, and to explore implications for essay questions and curriculum improvement. For this, the science achievement standards required for solving the essay questions were coded and the frequency analysis was conducted in terms of the number and content areas of the achievement standards. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the science essay questions were generally solved by applying a plurality of achievement standards, and there were frequently content areas for each subject. In this regard, it is necessary to develop a science essay question that meets the objectives of the implementation and to make the various fields evenly distributed. The necessity of preparing curriculum development guidelines to distribute the level and scope evenly among the subjects was discussed.
