대학생의 진로 관련 연구 동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 2002년이후 약 20년간의 대학생의 진로와 관련된 논문의 연구 동향을 텍스트 네트워크 분석 기법을 활용하여 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 한국학술정보원(KCI)에서 2002년 ~ 2019년 10월 1일까지 국내 학술지에 게재된 논문 중 1,712건을 분석 대상으로 선정하였다. 수집한 자료의 제목은 초기 시점, 중기 시점, 후기 시점의 세 시점으로 구분하였고, 분석에는 빅데이터 분석 방법 중 텍스트 마이닝 기법과 텍스트 네트워크 분석 기법을 활용하여 핵심단어를 추출하고 빈도수를 분석한 후, 중심성을 구하여 키워드 간 관계를 탐색하였다. 첫째, 텍스트 마이닝 분석 결과, 진로결정자기효능감’과 ‘진로준비행동’이 지난 20년간 꾸준히 연구된 변인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 빈도수 10회 이상의 단어들을 대상으로 네트워크 분석을 수행한 뒤 연결중심성, 근접중심성, 매개중심성을 중심으로 분석한 결과, 초기 시점에는 ‘진로결정수준’, 중기와 후기 시점에는 ‘진로결정자기효능감’의 연결중심성과 근접중심성이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 매개중심성은 초기 시점에서는 ‘진로정체감’이 가장 높았으나, 중기 시점에는 ‘진로결정자기효능감’, 후기 시점은 ‘진로결정자기효능감’과 ‘진로준비행동’의 매개중심성이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 본 연구 결과를 토대로 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 하였다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to analyze studies, published between 2002 and December 1, 2019, on university students’ career decisions. To achieve this, 1,712 studies obtained from the Korea Citation Index (KCI) website were selected as subjects for analysis. The selected studies’ titles were analyzed according to three periods: an early period, a middle period, and a late period, respectively. For an analysis, After determining salient keywords and analyzing their frequencies in the titles using text mining methods, this study found centralities and examined the relationships among the keywords using text network analysis. The results revealed that, first, regarding the text mining analysis, ‘career decision-making self-efficacy’ and ‘career preparation behavior’ were factors studied repeatedly during the twenty-year period under examination. Next, the text network analysis was performed focusing on degree, closeness, and betweenness centrality for keywords having a frequency greater than ten. In degree and closeness centrality, it was found that ‘career decision-making level’ had the highest factor in the early period, and in the middle and late periods, ‘career decision-making self-efficacy’ was the most highest factor. Regarding betweenness centrality, ‘career identity’ had the highest factor in the early period, ‘career decision-making self-efficacy’ was highest in the middle period, and ‘career decision-making self-efficacy’ and ‘career preparation behavior’ were the keywords with the highest value in the late period, then based on these results, suggested for a follow-up study.
