국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 참여적 실행연구 과정과 그 이후 교류의 과정을 통해 연구자와 참여교사의 전문성 발달 과정을 탐색하는 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 2014년 5월부터 2015년 1월까지 참여적 실행연구를 실시하고, 2015년 2월부터 2019년 8월까지 교사의 수업과 관련한 연구자와의 대화 및 교류의 과정을 수집하여 연구자와 교사의 전문성 발달 과정을 탐색하였다. 연구자와 참여자의 지속적인 교류의 과정을 통해 연구자와 참여자가 서로에게 도움을 주고, 반성의 과정을 실제 유아교육현장에서 ‘함께’ 거듭하였다는 측면에서 의미가 있으며, 이를 연구자와 참여교사의 전문성 발달 과정 관점에서 살펴보았다는데 의의가 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 참여적 실행연구의 과정이 종료된 후 연구자와 참여교사가 어떤 관계를 유지하고 어떤 노력을 기울이는지에 따라 연구의 장기적 효과가 달라질 수 있음에 대한 시사점을 제공한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the professional development process of researcher and teacher through participatory action research process. For the purpose, researcher’s and teacher’s journal were collected during the participatory action research cycle from May 2014 to August 2019, and after the cycle in-depth interview with the teacher were conducted. This study is meaningful that the researcher and the teacher looked at the professional development process. Therefore, this study provides an implication that the long-term effects of the study may vary depending on how the researcher and the teacher maintain the relationship after the process of the participatory action research.
