영문 초록

This study investigated the effect of the characteristics of one-person on the housing types and the housing satisfaction through the questionnaire survey. The purpose of the study is to examine the effects that preference for housing attributes, in which characteristics of a housing policy-mediated and group-moderated one-person households are reflected, may have on housing satisfaction of one-person households. Secondly, in a structural relationship among characteristics of one-person households, housing policies, preference for housing attributes, and housing satisfaction, it was found that a regional group was significant statistically, but age group is not significant. In other words, groups in Seoul are statistically more significant than the groups in Gangwon-do. Lastly, housing policy variables that have significant effects on housing satisfaction include ‘the need of support for renovation,’‘expanding supply of shared houses to stabilize housings of the disadvantaged,’‘providing rental housings for low-income group,’‘Housing Voucher Program for the disadvantaged,’ and ‘the need of a consistent housing support service.’
