초등학교 체육수업에서 여가교육에 대한 교사의 인식

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 초등학교 체육수업에서의 여가교육에 대한 교사들의 인식을 통해 이상적인 여가교육의 모습과 현실 속에서의 운영 실제를 확인하고, 초등학교 체육수업에서의 여가교육 운영 방향에 대한 시사점을 제공하는 것이다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 초등학교 교사 5명을 연구 참여자로 선정하였으며 2018년 6월~10월 사이에 3차례에 걸친 심층면담을 실시하였다. 이와 더불어 연구 참여자의 학교 단위 교육과정 문서 자료와 국가 수준의 교육과정 문헌 분석을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 연구 결과, 교사들은 체육수업에서의 이상적인 여가교육이 ‘내비게이션’과 같아야 한다고 인식하였다. 내비게이션에 설정되어야 할 목적지는 ‘건강하고 행복한 삶’이어야 하며 이는 ‘로드맵: 실천을 이끄는 단초 엮기’를 통해 인도해주어야 한다고 인식하였다. 하지만 실제 체육수업에서 이루어지는 여가교육은 ‘곳곳에서의 교통체증’과 같이 ‘문서적 요인’, ‘실천적 요인’, ‘환경적 요인’으로 인해 실행에 많은 어려움이 있는 것으로 확인되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify the ideal role of leisure education in elementary P.E.Class and figure out the problems form actual leisure education that proceeded in P.E.Class through teachers’ perception. Four elementary school teachers and one principal were selected as research participants. In-depth interview, relative documents are used for supporting data. Each participant had interviewed 3 times between June and October 2018. The data were collected through school curriculum documents by participants and national level curriculum document. The results of this study are summarized as follows. Research participants regard the ideal leisure education as ‘Distinct destination and path of P.E education’. They stated Leisure education should guide learning can be spread to their daily lives. Exactly to ‘Destination: A healthy and happy life’ by the ‘Path: Weaving a candle leading to act’. However, Research participants deemed the actual leisure education as ‘traffic jams that prevent the transition to life.’ Because it got lots of problems with ‘documentary factors , practical factors and environmental factors .
