어린이집 누리교사의 누리과정 실행 및 직무만족에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 어린이집 누리 교사의 누리과정 실행과 직무만족에 관해 알아보고자 경기도 내 Y, S, K시의 어린이집에 근무하는 누리 교사를 연구대상으로 누리과정 실행과 직무만족에 관해 설문조사를 실행하였다. 자료수집을 위해 어린이집에 근무하는 누리 교사를 대상으로 본 연구의 취지를 밝히고, 연구목적을 설명한 후, 자발적으로 설문에 참여하겠다는 누리 교사를 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 연구결과 누리 교사의 연령과 학력, 경력에 따라 누리과정 실행의 하위요인인 교육목표, 교육내용, 교수학습방법, 교육자료에서 집단 간 차이가 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 또한 누리 교사의 연령, 학력, 경력에 따라 직무만족의 하위요인인 직무 자체 특성과 원장 및 동료와의 관계에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 누리과정 실행과 직무만족 간에는 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 기반으로 누리 교사의 배경 변인에 맞춘 교사 연수를 통해 누리과정 실행력을 높이고, 누리 교사의 경력을 지속시키는 방법으로 전문성을 키워 누리과정 실행의 효과를 높일 수 있도록 누리 교사를 지원하는 정책적 대안을 제안한다.

영문 초록

This study conducted a questionnaire survey on nursing process implementation and job satisfaction of nuri teachers working at Day care Center in Gyeonggi-do. As a result of the study, there were statistically significant differences among the groups in educational objectives, educational contents, teaching and learning methods, and educational materials, which are the sub-factors of the Nuri curriculum according to Nuri teachers age, education, and experience. In addition, there were statistically significant differences in the characteristics of the job itself, the subordinate factors of job satisfaction, and the relationship with the director and colleagues, according to the age, education, and career of Nuri teachers. A positive correlation was found between the implementation of the nursing process and job satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, through the training of teachers tailored to the background variables of Nuri teachers, the nurturing process of nursing curriculum is enhanced and the nurturing expertise of nurturing teachers is increased so that the nursing curriculum can be enhanced.
