간호대학생의 자기결정성동기와 학습참여가 학업적응에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 자기결정성동기, 학습참여 및 학업적응을 알아보고 자기결정성동기와 학습참여가 학업적응에 미치는 영향을 확인하는 것이다. 자료수집은 간호대학생 220명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 통해 이루어졌으며 최종 집계된 116부를 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 25.0을 사용하였으며, 기술통계, Pearson correlation 및 위계적 회귀분석으로 확인하였다. 연구결과 5점 만점에 자기결정성동기 3.07점, 학습참여 3.47점, 학업적응 3.42점이었다. 대상자의 자기결정성동기, 학습참여 및 학업적응 간에는 모두 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 위계적 회귀분석 모형1에서 자기결정성동기는 학업적응에 유의한 영향요인으로 47.8%의 설명력을 보였으며, 모형2에서는 학습참여가 학업적응의 유의한 영향요인으로 67.3%의 설명력을 보였다. 본 연구는 간호대학생의 학업적응에 자기결정성동기와 학습참여가 중요한 요인이며, 특히 학습참여가 학업적응에 있어 매우 중요한 요인임을 재확인하였다. 이를 기반으로 간호대학생의 학업적응을 향상시키기 위해서 학습참여와 자기결정성 동기를 높일 수 있는 다양한 학습전략을 개발할 것을 제안한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate nursing students to verify the effects of self-determinative motivation and learning participation on academic adjustment. The participants were 116 undergraduate nursing students enrolled in 1 universities located in P city. The collected data was analyzed with descriptive statistics, Pearson s correlation coefficient, and hierarchical regression analysis, using SPSS/WIN 25.0 program. The nursing student’s average score for self-determinative motivation was 3.07±0.86, for learning participation 3.47±0.73 and academic adjustment 3.42±0.61. There were positive correlations among academic adjustment, self-determinative motivation, and learning participation. In the hierarchical regression analysis model 1, self-determinative motivation explained 47.8% as a significant influence on academic adjustment, and in model 2, learning participation was 67.3% of the variance of academic adjustment. In order to improve the academic adjustment of nursing students, it is suggested to develop a variety of learning strategies that can increase the self-determinative motivation, and learning participation.
