국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생의 내현적 자기애와 역기능적 분노표현, 자기자비의 관계를 분석하고 내현적 자기애와 역기능적 분노표현의 관계에서 자기자비의 매개효과를 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 11월 5일부터 23일까지 대전, 논산 소재의 대학생을 설문조사하여 문항이 누락된 9개의 자료를 결측치 처리 후 포함시켜 총 292부(100%)를 Process Macro Model 4를 이용해 분석하였다. 연구의 결과 부정적 자기자비는 내현적 자기애와 분노표출의 관계에서는 완전매개를 나타냈으며, 내현적 자기애와 분노억제의 관계에서는 부분매개를 나타냈다. 이를 토대로 본 연구에서는 대학생의 내현적 자기애가 분노표출과 분노억제에 미치는 영향에서 부정적 자기자비의 매개효과를 검증하였으며, 본 연구에 대한 제한점과 후속연구 방향에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship of covert narcissism, dysfunctional anger expression, and self-compassion among university student. also, this study verified the mediation effect of self-compassion in the relationship between covert narcissism and burnout. For this purpose the questionnaires of 292 university students in Daejeon and Nonsan were used for final analysis. The questionnaire was collected from Nov. 5-24. This thesis used covert narcissism scale, STAXI-K, and SCS as measurement tools. Collected data were analyzed by using SPSS(ver.23) program. The main results of this study are as follows. First, after investigating the correlation of covert narcissism, dysfunctional anger expression, and self-compassion, covert narcissism showed a significant static correlation with anger out, anger in, and negative self-compassion. anger out showed significant static correlation with negative self-compassion, and anger in and negative self-compassion also showed significant static correlation. Second, as a result of looking at negative self-compassion showed complete mediation effect between covert narcissism and anger out, and showed partial mediation effect between Covert Narcissism and Anger in. Based on these findings, this study demonstrated the mediation effect of negative self-compassion in the effect of university student’s covert narcissism on dysfunctional anger expression, and discussed limitations and follow-up efforts.
