국문 초록

본 연구는 고등학생이 지각한 부모의 비일관적 양육태도와 진로태도성숙 및 학업성취와의 관계에서 자기조절양식의 매개효과와 성별의 조절효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경남 지역 고등학생 329명의 자료를 수집하여, SPSS Process Macro를 사용하여 매개분석과 조절된 매개분석을 실시하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자기조절양식은 부모의 비일관성과 진로태도성숙 간 관계를 부분 매개, 비일관성과 학업성취도 간 관계를 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부모의 비일관성과 자기조절양식 간 관계에서 성별의 조절효과가 확인되었다. 여학생 집단에서는 부모의 비일관성이 높을수록 자기조절양식이 감소하는 부적관계가 나타났으나, 남학생 집단에서는 이들 관계가 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 셋째, 자기조절양식의 매개효과 역시 성별에 의해 조절되어, 조절된 매개효과가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 연구의 의의, 제한점 및 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to test the mediation effect of self-regulation mode and the moderation effect of gender in the relationship between inconsistent parenting, career attitude maturity, and academic achievement. Data were collected from 329 high school students in East Southern regions of South Korea. Results showed that self-regulation mode partially mediated the path from inconsistent parenting to career attitude maturity. Moreover, self-regulation mode fully mediated the path from inconsistent parenting to academic achievement. In addition, gender moderated the relationship between inconsistent parenting and self-regulation mode. In girls, inconsistent parenting decreased the level of self-regulation mode, whereas in boys, the effect of inconsistent parenting on self-regulation mode was not statistically significant. Lastly, the mediation effect of self-regulation mode was moderated by gender, such that the mediation is significant only in girls. Based on these findings, the limitations and implications for practical and future research were discussed.
