국문 초록

다양한 산업 분야에서 비용 절감뿐 아니라 서비스 품질 향상을 위해서 인공지능 기반 서비스로봇을 도입하고 있으며 로봇의 활용도를 높이기 위해 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 본 연구에서는 인공지능 기반 로봇을 활성화 시키는데 있어서 소비자가 느끼는 ‘재미’ 요소와 ‘데이터 보안’ 문제가 로봇 사용에 대한 태도 및 의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 검증하였다. 연구모델 검증을 위해 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 구조방정식을 통하여 가설을 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 데이터 보안문제에 대해 안전하다고 느낄수록 서비스로봇이 유용하다고 느끼고 있었고, 재미 요소가 가미될수록 유용성뿐만 아니라 사용용이성도 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 기술 수용 모델의 동인인 인지된 사용용이성과 인지된 유용성은 태도와 의도에 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구 결과는 공항 서비스 현장에서의 지능형 서비스 로봇 도입 설계 시, 이용자가 쉽고 유용하다고 인지할 수 있는 재미 요인을 반드시 고려하여야 하며 데이터보안도 중요한 요인임을 시사하고 있다.

영문 초록

In order to reduce costs and improve quality of service in various industries, artificial intelligence-based service robots have been introduced, and many companies are making efforts to improve utilization of it. This study attempt to verify the relationship between technology acceptance attitude and intention on data security and fun, by applying artificial intelligence-service robot in the airport. For verifying the proposed model, this study conducted an online survey and analyzed it through a SEM. The findings indicate that data security impacts perceived usefulness, and fun influences perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Also the drivers of Technology acceptance (perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness) affect the attitude and intention. This study suggests that marketers should consider fun and data security which feels easy and useful when designing artificial intelligence-service robots at the airport.
