의왕ICD 컨테이너화물의 철도운송 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 의왕ICD 컨테이너화물의 철도운송 활성화 방안에 대해 분석하였으며, 의왕ICD 컨테이너화물의 철도운송 활성화를 위한 방안을 도출하기 위해 AHP분석을 실시하였다. 상위 평가항목은 시설부문, 운영부문, 요율부문 간의 중요도를 평가하였으며, 하위 평가항목은 시설부문에 신규화차 제작, 유효성 길이 연장, 상·하역 장비 증설, 유치선 용량 확충 간의 중요도를 평가하였고, 운영부분에 장대열차 운영 활성화, 24시간 상시 운영체계 구축, 화물정보관리 전산서비스 개선, 공공기관 CY 통합운영 간의 중요도를 평가하였으며, 마지막으로 요율부문에 전용열차 요율 동결, 철도보조금 지원, 저수요열차 확충 간의 중요도를 평가하였다. 분석결과 철도보조금 지원이 가장 중요한 요인으로 도출되었다. 그 다음으로는 전용열차 요율 동결, 상·하역 장비 증설, 저수요열차 확충, 화물정보관리 전산서비스 개선, 유치선 용량 확충, 공공기관 CY 통합운영, 유효장 길이 연장, 신규화차 제작, 24시간 상시 운영체계 구축, 장대열차 운영 활성화 순서로 나타났다.

영문 초록

Purpose : This study analyzed the ways for activating rail transport of Uiwang ICD container cargo and conducted AHP analysis to draw the ways for activating rail transport of Uiwang ICD container cargo. Research design, data, methodology : This paper adopts AHP analysis. For top rating items, we assessed the importance between facilities, operation and ratings. For low rating items, we assessed the importance between producing new freight car, extending the validity length, increasing equipment for loading and unloading and expanding the capacity of car storage track in terms of facility sector, and importance between activation of long train operation, establishment of 24-hour operation, improvement of computing service of cargo information management and integrated operation of CY in public institutes in terms of operation sector. Lastly, we assessed the importance between freeze in dedicated train ratings, support railway subsidy and expanding of trains with low demand in terms of ratings. Results and Conclusions : As a result, rail subsidy support was found to be the most important factor. The followings were freeze in dedicated train ratings, increasing equipment for loading and unloading, expanding of trains with low demand, improvement of computing service of cargo information management, expanding the capacity of car storage track, integrated operation of CY in public institutes, extending the validity length, producing new freight car, establishment of 24-hour operation and activation of long train operation.
