유아 유튜버의 놀이 콘텐츠 특성 및 적절성: <보람튜브 브이로그> 채널을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아 유튜버의 놀이 콘텐츠 특성 및 적절성에 대한 어머니, 예비유아교사, 유아교사 집단의 인식을 초점집단면담(focus group interview)을 통해 조사한 질적연구로서, 질 높은 유아 놀이 콘텐츠를 제작하는 데 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였 다. 연구참여자는 어머니 3명, 예비유아교사 5명, 유아교사 5명이었으며, 집단별로 약 95분의 면담을 실시하였다. 각 집단은 <보람튜브 브이로그> 채널의 영상 3개를 시청한 후 영상 자체와 영상 속 놀이에 대해 토의하였으며, 녹음된 면담 내용을 분석한결과는 다음과 같다. 영상 특성 및 적절성에 대한 인식은 화려한 제작 기술, 유아 출연자의 권리 보호, 성인 관점의 불필요한 연출, 과다한 광고 등에 대한 의견으로 나타났고, 영상 속 놀이 특성 및 적절성에 대한 인식은 실생활과의 연계성, 실제 놀이에의 영향력, 재미 등에 대한 의견으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 유아를 위한 놀이 콘텐츠의 제작 및 활용에서 고려할 점을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This is a qualitative study which investigated perceptions of mother, pre-service teacher, and teacher groups about features and appropriateness of play contents performed by a child youtuber through focus group interview, in order to provide baseline data to develop play contents with high quality for young children. Three mothers, 5 pre-service teachers, 5 teachers participated a focus group interview for about 95 minutes independently. Each group watched three video clips of the channel and discussed images and plays of the videos. Analyzed data from interview transcriptions were as follows. In terms of perceptions about features and appropriateness of images, the participants reported fancy production technique. protection of the child youtuber’s right, unnecessary directing with the adult perspective, and excessive advertisement. In terms of perceptions about features and appropriateness of plays of the videos, the groups commented the connectivity with real life, effects on real plays, and fun. Based on these results, the points to consider were discussed to develop and use play contents for young children.
