고등학교 체육교사의 체육계열 대학교 진학지도 개선경험에 관한 사례연구

국문 초록

본 사례연구는 고등학교 체육교사의 체육계열 대학 진학지도 개선 과정에 대한 사례를 기술하고 그 사례에 담겨있는 교육적 함의를 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 이에 따라 고등학교에서 체육계열 대학 진학 반을 운영하고 있는 하늘고등학교 4명의 체 육교사들을 연구 참여자로 선정하였고, 2019년 1월 초부터 2월 말까지 약 2달 간 3회에 걸쳐 인터뷰를 실시하였으며, 프로그램 동영상, 문서자료를 수집하였다. 사례연구자료 분석 방법의 하나인 사례 내 분석과 사례 간 분석을 병행하여 자료 분석을 시하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 체육계열 대학 입시반의 모집 방법, 운영 과정, 전학 전략차원의 프로그램 개선이 이루어졌다. 둘째, 체육계열 대학 입시반 운영을 위한 예산확보 과정과 외부사업 유치 과정과 같은 제반 환경 개선이 이루어졌다. 셋째, 체육계 열 대학 진학담당 지도자들의 입시 담당자 배정과 과중한 입시 업무 개선이 이루어졌다. 이러한 결과가 지니는 교육적 함의는 두 가지 측면으로 탐색되었다. 단위학교의 체계적 지원 시스템이 정착됨으로써 공교육(公敎育) 전성시대에 한 발짝 다가섰 다. 또, 단위학교 지도교사들의 학습공동체 구성과 운영을 통해서 공교사(公敎師) 전성시대를 여는데 기여하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this case study is to describe realistically the improvement process of high school physical education teachers admission guidance to the college of physical education and to deeply explore the educational implications contained in the cases. Methods: As a result, four physical education teachers of Heavenly High School, which runs a college entrance exam course in high school, were selected as research participants. The interviews were conducted three times in two months from the beginning of January to the end of February, and the program videos and documents were collected. Data analysis was carried out within/cross case analysis, one of the case study data analysis methods. Results: As a result, first, the program improvement of the entrance examination class of the college of physical education was done. Improvement of recruitment method, improvement of management process, improvement of admission strategy were achieved. Second, the environment improvement for the operation of the entrance examination class of the college of physical education was done. The process of budget securing and the process of attracting external businesses improved. Third, improvement of the work of the leaders in charge of admission to the college of physical education has been done. The process of assigning the applicants for the entrance examination and the examination of the entrance examination were carried out. Conclusion: The educational implications of these results are twofold. The systematic support system of the unit school has settled down to the era of public school education. And contributed to opening the era of public school teachers through the formation and operation of learning communities of unit school teachers.
