대학신입생들의 자아정체감, 지각된 스트레스, 정서표현양가성이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학신입생들의 자아정체감, 지각된 스트레스, 정서표현 양가성, 대학생활 적응 정도를 알아보고, 대학생활 적응에 영향을 주는 요인을 파악하고자 시도하였다 . 연구대상자는 C시 위치한 3개의 4년제 대학교에 입학한 신입생 344명이다. 자료는 구조화된 설문지를 활용하여 2019년 4월 1일부터 5월 20일까지 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 21.0 program을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 자아정체감은 3.29점(5점), 지각된 스트레스는 1.82점(4점), 정서표현 양가성은 2.67점(5점), 대학생활 적응 정도는 3.07점(5점)으로 나타났다. 대상자의 대학생활 적응과 자 아정체감은 정적 상관관계, 정서표현 양가성과 지각된 스트레스는 부적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 대학 신입생들의 자아정체감과 정서표현 양가성이 대학생활 적응에 영향력 있는 요인으로 확인되었으며, 이들은 23.5%의 영향력을 나타내었다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 대학신입생들의 체계적인 대학생활 적응 전략을 개발하고 적용하는데 유용한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This study was to investigate self-identity, perceived stress, ambivalence on emotional expressiveness and adaptation to university life of freshman and search factors which influence to adaptation university life. The study participants was 344 freshmen of 3 four-year university located in C city. Materials was collected from April 1st, 2019 to May 20th using structured questionnaire. Collected materials were analyzed through SPSS WIN 21.0 program. Study result turned up self-identity is 3.29points(5points), perceived stress is 1.82points(4points), ambivalence on emotional expressiveness is 2.67points(5points) and adaptation to university life is 3.07points(5points). University life of participants has positive relationship with self-identity and has negative relationship with ambivalence on emotional expressiveness and perceived stress. It has been checked that self-identity and ambivalence on emotional expressiveness of freshmen are effective factors and these have showed 23.5% influence. This study result can be used as useful materials for developing and applying systematic university life adaptation strategy of freshmen.
