국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 학령전기 아토피피부염 아동과 어머니의 모아상호작용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하는 것이다. 본 연구의 대상자는 한국아동패널(Panel Studyof Korean Children; PSKD) 7차년도(2014년) 조사에 참여한 아토피피부염을 진단받 은 만6세 아동 437명을 대상으로 하였다. 수집된 자료는 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 아토피피부염 아동과 어머니의 모아상호작용에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 온정적 양육행동이고(β=.46, p<.001), 그 다음은 가족상호작용(β=.17, p=.001), 우울(β=-.11, p=.037), 가구 월소득(β=.09, p=.036) 순이었다. 모형의 설명력은 25%였다. 본 연구 결과를 기반으로 학령전기 아토피피부염 아동, 어머니, 그리고 가족을 대상으로 하는 상호작용 증진 프로그램 개발이 필요하리라 생각된다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to identify factors influencing mother-child interaction in children with atopic dermatitis. This study used data from 2014 Panel Study of Korean Children(PSKC). The subjects of this study included 437 children aged 6 years with atopic dermatitis. Data was analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results revealed that factors influencing mother-child interaction in children with atopic dermatitis were warmth-parenting (β=.46, p<.001), family interaction (β=.17, p=.001), mother’s depression (β=-.11, p=.037), and monthly income (β=.09, p=.036) which explained about 25% of mother-child interaction. Based on the findings of this study, programs should be developed to improve the mother-child interaction in children, mothers, and families with atopic dermatitis.
