유아생활지도 수업운영 과정과 교육효과에 대한 실행연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아생활지도 수업 운영과정과 교육효과에 대한 실행연구로 2019년 3월부터 6월까지 유아생활지도 교과목을 수강하는 예비유아교사 24명을 대상으로 수행하였다. 본 연구는 예비유아교사의 생활지도에 대한 인식 변화 및 생활지도에 관 한 능력 증진을 위해 1차와 2차에 걸쳐 실행하였다. 1차 실행에서는 예비유아교사의 인식 변화를 위하여 자신의 부모양육태도를 돌아보기, 감정코칭 배우기, 유아교육기관에서 유아의 문제행동 찾아보기를 실시하였다. 2차 실행에서는 부모양육태도의 개선점 찾기, 감정코칭 활용하기, 유아의 문제행동에 대한 상호작용 방법과 수업계획안 작성, 실행하기가 이루어졌다. 본 연구를 통해 예비유아교사들은 자기성찰, 소양높이기, 자신감 형성, 생활지도 능력을 증진하는 효과가 나타났다. 본 연구는 실행 연구를 통해 유아생활지도에 관한 예비유아교사를 위한 교육방향을 제시하였음에 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted on 24 preschool teacher teachers who took early childhood guidance courses from March to June 2019. This study was carried out in the first and second stages to improve the awareness of life guidance and the ability of life guidance for preschool teachers. In the first practice, the study was conducted to examine their parenting attitude, to learn emotional coaching, and to find out the infant s problem behaviors in the early childhood education institution. In the second implementation, inding improvement of parenting attitude, using emotional coaching, and developing and implementing a method of interaction and instructional plan for the problem behavior of young children. In this study, pre-school teachers showed self-reflection, raising literacy, self-confidence formation, and life-giving ability. The purpose of this study is to suggest the educational direction for pre-service teachers on early childhood guidance through practical research.
