청소년용 의료윤리의식 측정도구

국문 초록

이 연구는 청소년들의 의료윤리의식을 측정하기 위한 도구 개발을 목표로 한다. 이 연구를 위한 조사도구는 독일의 G. Lind 교수가 개발한 도덕판단역량측정도구(MCT)의 구성원리를 원용하여 제작되었다. 연구를 위한 조사는 2019년 5~6월 사이에 경남 소재 중등학생과 대학생을 대상으로 이루어졌다. 이 조사의 결과, 두 부분으 로 나뉜 검사지의 신뢰도는 .548/ .585로써 비교적 높게 나타났다. 조사도구의 타당도 검증은 G. Lind 교수가 재안한 검증절차를 따랐다. 우선 도덕적 발달단계별 선호도 순서 검증은 1단계, 4단계에서 표준적인 반응이 나타나지 않아서 완전히 타당도 가 입증되었다고는 할 수 없다. 둘째, 준단방향 구조 검증에서는 1~6단계의 순차적단계지향을 하고 있어서 큰 문제가 되지 않는다. 셋째, 인지-정서평행 검증에서는 4단계에서 특이 반응이 나타났다. 마지막으로 발달단계별 의견의 지속성 검증에서는 학령이 높을수록 다소 더 의료윤리의식을 보였지만 통계적 유의도 범위 내의 차이는 아니었다. 전반적으로 이 연구는 완전히 타당도가 입증된 의료윤리의식 측정도구를 도출하는 데는 부족한 면을 보였다. 그럼에도 이 연구는 부가적으로 의료윤리문제에 대한 이해도와 MCT C-점수간의 상관성에 대해 알아보았는데, 의료윤리에 대한 이해도 문항 중 낙태/안락사에 대한 의견과 C-점수와의 상관성은 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 청소년들의 의료윤리의식을 측정하는 도구를 개발하는 것으로 목표로했는데, 당초 목표를 완전히 달성하지는 못했다. 향후 특히 4단계의 문항개발에 집중적인 관심을 갖고 보완한다면 보다 높은 타당도가 확보될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다

영문 초록

This study aims to develop a tool for measuring the medical ethics of adolescents. The research tool for this study was made using Moral Competence Test (MCT) developed by Professor G. Lind of Germany. As a result of this study, the reliability of two parts test was relatively high as .548/ .584. Validation of the survey tool was followed by the verification process proposed by Professor G. Lind. First of all, it is not possible to verify the validity of Preference Hierarchy by moral developmental stages because the standard response did not appear in stages 1 and 4. Second, Quasi-Simplex Structure of Inter Correlations between the Six moral orientations Test is not a big problem because it is sequential orientation of 1 ~ 6 stages. Third, in the Affective-Cognitive parallel test, a specific response appeared in stage 4. Finally, this study showed a little gap among school years but the gap was not in statistic significance. Overall, this study does not constitute a fully validated tool. Additionally this study examined the correlation between the understanding of medical ethics and the MCT C-score. Among the items in the understanding of medical ethics, there was a low correlation between C-score and opinions about abortion and mercy-killing. The study was started to develop a tool to measure adolescents medical ethics, but did not fully achieve fully validated tool. In the future, it is expected that higher validity can be secured if intensive attention is paid to the development of the fourth stages item.
