특수교육의 교육적 시선 탐색: 한 특수교사의 성찰적 사고를 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 그동안 연구해 온 특수교사의 학문적 관심과는 다소 다른 의미로 한 특수교사의 성찰적 사고에 따라 교육적 시선을 찾고자 하였다. 이러한 특수교사의 교육적 시선을 교육현장에서 전문성의 한 유형으로 생각하고자 하였으며, 특수교사의 교육적 시선이 특수교육 현장에서 어떠한 역할을 하는지 주목 하였다. 이를 위해, 특수교사를 추천받아 면담, 저서, 수업영상, 인터뷰 영상, 신문 기사 등 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 이러한 과정을 통해, 특수교육현장에서 교육적 시선은 다음과 같은 내용의 의미 도출 할 수 있었다. 첫째, 유목적 시선은 특수교육현장에서 너무나 당연하다고 생각한 것에 대해 끊임없는 질문을 제기한다. 둘째, 촉망의 시선은 학생들 스스로 성장에 대한 욕구가 이어지고 있었다. 이는 교사와 학생의 모든 능력이 절박하게 필요로 한다는 것을 설명한다. 셋째, 학생을 대상으로 삼지 않고 인격적 주체로 간주함으로써 서로주체성의 시선을 통해 학생과 교사를 이해하게 되었다.

영문 초록

This study is intended to find the educational viewpoint according to a special teacher’s reflective thoughts which is different from previous academic interests of others’ studies. This study tries to focus on the special teacher’s role in the field of special education by regarding his educational viewpoint as a type of specialty. After a special educational teacher was recommended, interviews, books, teaching video, interview video, and news articles were collected and analyzed. With this analysis, a view of a passionate education teacher could draw the following meanings. First, a nomadic perspective poses a constant question on something very obvious in the special education field. Secondly , the perspective of zutrauen is intended for students to grow by themselves. This explains that all the abilities of the teacher and student are needed desperately. Thirdly, by regarding a student as a respectful subject not as an object, the view of mutually formed identity in order to understand us - student and teacher should be revealed.
